This was based on the tutorial found here. The original photo had a very boring sky and no water and the colors were quite different!

This was a piece that started out in Illustrator and then got mashed into photoshop for the texturing and whatnot. The photo was taken by digitalART2

Sometimes when Im really busy at work... I get really drained from thinking too hard... and I will just need to do something fun to take my mind off client projects. This is the result of one of those times. Colors remind me of the 80's so thats where the title came from.

I used a photo by rent-a-moose from flickr. Id like to give her credit but she doesn't have her attribution rules listed anywhere... so here is her flickr stream!

Since I sprained my ankle I've been really bored so I decided to do another photo manipulation. The horse in the picture is my mare, Bree.

Created in Illustrator and then brought into Photoshop for the final touches. I did this one by the seat of my pants (didn't have any plans) but I like how it turned out.

This was a piece that started out in illustrator and got migrated over the Photoshop. I wasn't really sure what I was doing, but I like the result. First I made the outlines in Illustrator with a custom brush and stroke. Then, I imported it into photoshop and applied a texture... the rest is just painting and playing with blending options. I changed the horse's color to green so that it would pop off the page more.

This was a piece that I did for a tutorial which you can find here. I used Adobe Photoshop CS3 to create it. I am not sure what the horse's real name is... I just threw the text on there to look nice ;)

Tried something a little different on this one. I don't usually do winter scenes, but I thought with those blue eyes it would look good... and it did!

Jasur is a desert bred arabian who is owned (or perhaps previously owned?) by one of my mods on SubHorse.

Jasper is a pmu horse who has managed to land himself in excellent hands ;) He is looking great these days... especially when photoshoped into a cool manipulation :P

Here is a photo that I did some major photoshopping to. Can you spot everything I took out? Orange tape, sawhorses, horse on left, and the person on the right!

A cute foalie photo manipulation. Background photo is from Stock Exchange. Don't have much info on Bliss though.

Adam of Atlanta! A connemara gelding from England. The background image may be from Iceland but Im not positive on that.

Photo Manipulation piece for a mare named Fancy. I tried to aim for a bit more of a magical/sad feeling on this one and it turned out well. I have done banners for this user as well which you can view here.

This is a composite piece that combines a few pictures together, blends them, and then some fine tuning.

I did this mostly in Illustrator... Just brought it into photoshop at the last second to add the texture. Took about an hour to complete (I am ze pen tool MASTER).

 This piece was done for no particular reason. I was bored. The more I worked on it, the more inspired I became and the resulting piece turned out beautifully. Im not sure who that is in the photo... it was on flickr. I used a multitude of techniques mostly learned from tutorials and experimentation. It was created using Adobe Photoshop CS3 Extended.
